Lombard Odier Investment Managers has appointed Christèle Clémence (pictured) as senior sales strategic accounts, amid plans to expand its wholesale distribution platform in Switzerland and increase its Swiss domestic market share.
Clémence, who previously opened the Swiss branch of US asset manager Lord Abbett & Co, will be responsible for working alongside intermediaries, including global financial institutions, banks and wealth managers, to strengthen LOIM’s distribution proposition within the German-speaking part of Switzerland.

Based in Zurich, she will report to Samira Sadik, head of wholesale distribution in Switzerland.
Prior to her time at Lord Abbett, where she was in charge of business development for Switzerland, Clémence spent three and-a-half years as the deputy head of wholesale at Robeco. She has also previously held roles at Bank Syz and UBS.
